As i can  see that you have enquired for the difference between private quota seats and private seats .Usually, in  private seats the fee structure of the students is fixed and decided by the government which cannot be changed .It is very less compared to private quota seats.Whereas, private quota seats are the seats for those students who dont get a seat in private quota .These seats are the seats which are decided by the  board members of the particular college which is almost 3-5 times higher than the normal fee .Hope this  helped you.
