Differences between nit and iit if you know exactly

NIT (National Institute of Technology) and IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) both are central government colleges. The IITs are the top ranking colleges in India for engineering education while NITs are after the IITs. You need to clear JEE main for NITs and JEE main and advanced for IITs.
