If DigiLocker is showing an error related to the year of passing, first make sure you are entering the exact year mentioned on your marksheet/certificate. Also check that your name, date of birth and roll/registration number match the board records. If the details are correct and the document still cannot be fetched, the issue may be with the board's data being unavailable or incorrectly mapped on DigiLocker. In that case, raise a DigiLocker support request and keep your original marksheet ready.
