One who has qualified class 12th can persue this course or you can do this course under 10+3 diploma section
The fees does varies from college to college
And it will be in the range of around 20k to 2 lakh

Diploma is a technical course which doesn't require any higher secondary certificate so tenth is enough to join diploma course
