Yes diploma students can apply for B. arch provided they have done their diploma with mathematics as a subject and have a minimum of 50.For admission in b. arch you have to give paper 2 of JEE mains exam. For knowing the preparation strategies in last month you can comment below.

sorry to say diploma passed or currently studying in diploma courses candidates are not eligible for jee main exam. the students who are appearing in 10+2 exam or have passed 12th exam on 2018 or 2019 are eligible for jee main exam of 2020.

however for diploma candidates you can join b.arch courses from the second year of b.arch courses through lateral entry entrance test. however iits and nits has no lateral entry admission test criteria. but you may apply in state government engineering colleges.
