No , character certificate is not required.Neet 2020 counselling will be online, after each round of counselling, the seat allotment results will be declared, once a seat has been allotted, candidate must report at the designated college to complete the admission formalities.Documents required are listed below :-
NEET 2020 Admit Card
NEET Scorecards or Rank Letter
Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)
Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)
Eight passport size photographs
Provisional Allotment Letter
Caste Certificate (if applicable)
PwD Certificate (if applicable)
