There is really a small chance of you getting a decent college with these marks in NEET UG. There is still a slim chance that you might get a college if you wait for the counselling rounds.
Getting a score abobe 500 would have guaranteed a good college in India.
Do not be disappointed though. There are still a number of private colleges that offer the same level of education as any government college in India. If you do not want to lose a year then you may consider going for admission in a private college.
The other option available is to drop a year and prepare properly for the next year's examination. With due hard work and preparation I am sure you can get a really good rank next year.
I hope this information comes in handy.
Please feel free to refer back anytime you like.
Good luck
But best of luck
It is with utter disappointment that I inform you that it is
impossible to determine the cut off marks for a particular
state in the examination. Candidates appearing for the
National Eligibility cum Entrance Examination may refer to
previous years' cut off marks as a whole for the examination
but not for any particular state as such
There are two ranks provided to each of the candidates
appearing for the examination. One is the All India Rank and
the other is the Regional or State Rank. Candidates may
choose from either of the two in order to test their eligibility
for admission to any of the medical colleges spread across
the country
The cut off marks varies from year to year and so only an
approximate can be determined from the evaluation of
previous years' cut off
I hope this piece of information proves to be of some help to
you
