Do i have to register for MBBS or other courses now for 2020

To pursue MBBS you must appear in NEET UG and qualify in it.NEET UG is a national level entrance exam for admission to various medicine courses offered in various colleges across India and Abroad.NEET UG 2020 registrations are already closed so if you haven't applied already yet you cannot apply now you need to wait until next year.Admissions in colleges like AFMC will be done separately based on merit in NEET for such colleges you need to apply separately.NEET is the only entrance exam you can appear for admission in MBBS. Now you have not mentioned the other course you are talking about depending on your interest you can appear in various entrance exams and get admission in a course of your choice in 2020 if you fulfill the eligiblity criteria.

Sorry to say but if you want to take admission in MBBS or any other recognized medical related course than you should have applied for NEET but now the application process for NEET 2020 has been over.

Yes you can try for some colleges which offers medical seats separately on the basis of merit in NEET, there you have to apply separately. For MBBS you have only option that is NEET UG

If you want to apply for MBBS than you must have to wait for NEET UG 2021. The other courses you are talking about will depends on their eligibility and dates if they have not been passed than you can apply for it since you did not mentioned about the other courses so it is little bit difficult to guide you appropriately.
