I have registered myself in second round in AIQ counselling and I havent got any seat, do I have to register myself again in mop up round ?

Nah. You need not register again. Registration is only one time process. Mop up round is same like another rounds. If the seats are not occupied untill the last round then the College conducts another round and that one is called as mop up round. So you need not register again for applying. You can apply with the same registration
