Do I have to register to individual medical colleges and for NEET counselling? Or just NEET alone is enough?

Hello aspirant.
There are two types of counselling .
First one is all India counselling , in this counselling 15% seats will be reserved in all India , counselling will be counducted by mcc (Medical counselling committee).
And other 85% seats counselling will be conducted by respective state .
