Do IIMs have 100 percent placements? In case people who are not selected in placement where they can find jobs in respective field??

There are various job opportunities one can opt for after completing MBA from top institutes like IIM's.
Also the 100% placements scenario is not practical and possible. So it will be wrong to say that the placements are 100% in IIM's.
It definitely depends upon your calibre, skills and experience gained at your academic years.
