Also, dieticians are demanded almost everywhere , in nursing homes , hospitals, Government health departments, hotels, cruise lines etc. So dieticians have flexible employment opportunities in a variety of Work environment. Dieticians work directly with people to create nutritional programmes to maintain health and prevent diseases.

To be eligible for joining 3 years Nutrition course ( Bsc) or 4 years food technology course , you should pass class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology ( PCB) with 60% marks.

In your Bachelors degree you'll study subjects like Microbiology, statistics, psychology , biology as mandatory subjects.

After Bachelors degree , you can also go for post graduation degree for Research work , public health and more advanced clinical options.or you can also go for Distance learning options. Or for practice in some specialised area.
