For gitam university Bengaluru campus only consider this comedk not other branches of gitam.
Yes both the universities will accept the comedk .but if you got good score in comedk .my suggestion for you is to attempt the counseling.
.
The counseling will be held thrice .after the exam the results, cutoff rank for college is released and counseling will be held.

If you score well you may get free seat also in that exam.
