Hi,
There is no such rule as such where NCWEB students don't attend college fests. Just like any other college, NCWEB students also attend college fests in their colleges. Their freshers's parties are around the month of september or october. It is in certain cases or circumstances where their party might be cancelled such as during covid pandemic many students couldn't attend their fresher's parties as they were cancelled.
