Dear Priya, your board exams are considered to determine your eligibility to appear in NEET. Rest depends on your marks and category to which you belong. Board marks dont determine your NEET ranking or merit list. In a way, the importance of your Board marks emd once you are eligible to appear in NEET.

hello priya , in boards you just need to have 50% in physics chemistry and biology ie; aggregate of that as just to be eligible for giving the exam! If you are clear in that you may appear for the exams .. but at the time of the admission in college this marks are not counted
