Hi Aman! Defenitly! you can edit your choices in second round. But for that you need to accept the seat alloted to you in first round. I mean to say that you need to visit the reporting centre, do document verification and pay the seat acceptance fee. And you must choose the option float so that you will be considered in the further rounds of Counselling.
