Do we need any certifications or a degree to start career as a motivational speaker ?

Let me tell you a few things.

First of all, no qualification is required to become a motivational speaker. Though few skills are required which can be mastered by an individual on their own. You can also join short-term courses or pieces of training for self-improvement but there is no full-fledged course or degree certification.

Secondly, to become an effective and successful motivational speaker your thoughts and communication skills need to very clear. You just need a real-time experience & good dialogue delivering skills. You don't have to be fluent in English but it is essential that you should be good in any language and there should be grace in your personality.

No if you want to become a motivational speaker then you don't need any degree you what you need is you need to be able to motivate others and inspire them to achieve their dreams if you have such capacity then there is no degree in fact degrees are not the final thing to do to start some work without degree if you have knowledge then you can start your work.
