No, You don't need to renew your caste certificate.After being issued once it is valid for lifetime of the person.It is similar to any other certificate and it doesn't need to be renewed from time to time.

To apply for JEE Main you need a cast certificate from central government. You have to show original caste certificate at the time of counselling and admission.This certificate is required to be in proper format as described by jee.There should not be any mistake in it because it is required at the time of josaa counselling and if mistake found your allotment will be rejected.
