I have Caste (ST) certificate from Jharkhand government issued in 2014. I will appear for JEE 2021, do I need new caste certificate?.

Yes you have to produce new caste certificate . There is required of current certificate of caste , income and residence certificate. They given you a fixed date that your issued date is after the fixed date they provide .

First ensure that that caste certificate has not any validity.If that card has crossed it's validation..then you have to make new ST certificate as per as new rules and regulations caste certificate valid for some years.So it will be good for you if you make new one...
