Yes Radiology and Urology are specilities,they require you to finished your MBBS.
Courses offered without doing mbbs for a medical student with future pay scale amd working area
After finished 12th with Biology as your subject you can choose, BDS, Pharm D, B Pharm, BAMS, join any degree. Masters in physics, chemistry, biology. You've several career options.
You can also choose biotechnology if you also have Maths as your subject.

Any field can get you a descent amount of money, depends on your progress and mastery in that particular field.
