do we need to submit/ upload ews certi during registration?

No , for filling the neet pg application fee you don't need to upload your ews certificate or your caste certificate but yes it will be checked during counselling so if you don't have ews certificate get it made before the neet pg counselling, actually only three documents are there which needs to be uploaded while filling neet pg application form which are listed below :-
- Passport size photograph
- Signature
- Left-hand thumb impression
You should follow below steps to fill the neet pg application form :-
- First do the NEET PG online registration
- Then fill the NEET PG application form
- Now select NEET PG exam city
- Uploading of images of your photo, sign and thumbprint
- Do the payment of NEET PG application fee
- Take the printout of confirmation page
