BA.LLB (Hons) is a 5 year undergraduate course and the eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 in any discipline from a recognized board. Depending on the institute the minimum percentage requirement may applicable. You do not have to pass in 10+2 with Mathematics as a subject but for the entrance exam you need to prepare for Basic Mathematics questions as per the syllabus of the entrance test. The admission can be based on merit in entrance test or marks scored in 10+2. So you have to check the admission requirement of the respective institute in which you are seeking admission.
