documents needed for neet form fill up

Hi Aspirant,

I have listed below the documents required to fill online application for NEET2021

• Scanned Image of your Latest Passport size photograph ( size : 10kb - 200kb)
• Your Signature (File Size: 4kb - 30kb)
• Postcard Size Photography(4"x6") (File Size: 50kb - 300kb)
• Left Hand Thumb Impression ( File Size: 10kb - 50kb) in JPG/JPEG format) You can use right hand thumb impression in case of no left thumb.
• Class X Passing Certificate (File Size: 100kb - 400kb) in  JPG/JPEG format.

Note: All photographs should be clearly focused on face, on white background.

How to fill online application form.

• Apply for online registration using your email id or mobile number
• Fill the details in application form correctly and note down the system generated application no.
• Upload all required documents below. For size compression of files you can use any online file compression available on google
• Pay the Application Fee and keep the proof of fee paid safely for future reference.
