Hello Niharika,
The documents needed for NEET counselling are:
- NEET Admit Card
- NEET Rank Letter
- Date of birth proof
- Class 10th pass certificate
- Class 12th pass certificate
- Class 12th marks sheet
- Eight passport size photographs. These should be same as the one used in application.
- Provisional allotment letter
- Proof of identity
- Reserved candidates should carry proof of the same, issued by competent authority.
