documents required during neet mbbs state counselling?

Here is the list of documents required during NEET Assam State counselling for MBBS:

• Properly filled application form

• Admit card of HSLC or equivalent examination

• Passing certificate of HSLC or equivalent

• Permanent Residence Certificate

• Mark sheets of 10+2

• NEET 2021 Admit card

• NEET 2021 Scorecard

• Caste certificate (if applicable)

NOTE: Along with all the documents, candidates at the time of reporting will be required to bring the originals and self-attested photocopies of all the essential documents as instructed by the DME Assam.
