Documents required during time of admission in neet and aiims medical collages

Since AIIMS has come under ambit of NEET (National Eligiblity Cum Entrance Test), the list of important documents will be the same for getting admission. Once a seat will be allotted through NEET , you have to report at the designated college to complete the admission formalities. While reporting to the allotted college, you have to submit the original copy of the required documents which are listed below-

• NEET 2020 Admit Card

• NEET Scorecard or Rank Letter

• Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)

Class 12 certificate and mark sheet

ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)

Eight passport size photographs

Provisional Allotment Letter

Caste Certificate (if applicable)

PwD Certificate (if applicable)

Applicants must note that while filling the NEET application form 2020 there are certain list of documents which aspirants have to keep beforehand.

1. A valid Mobile Number

2. A valid Email Address

3. Class 10 details and Class 12 details (Marksheet, certificate, school details etc)

4. Correct spelling of Father and Mother's name

5. Aadhaar number (last 4 digits only)

6. Class 12 Roll number issued by the Board/Election Card (EPIC No.), Passport Number, ration card number, bank account or any other valid Govt. identity number

7. Scanned images of passport-sized photograph, and signature and other documents (if applicable). Details are given in the table below

8. Credit/Debit card or Net Banking details (for online payment)

I don't have 10th class marksheet but  it is available in as private result

If the result of 10th is privat result but marks are good

Sir, what if the domicile certificate though given by concerned authority is correct but not uploaded to the site, if not showing on site if admission committee check?I have correct domicile but the office has given me manually said it won't be online? will it be a problem during admission for mbbs.

The candidate has to bring their original documents (along with attested photocopies of certificates) for admission in MBBS BDS course.
Call Letter/ Hall Ticket/ Admit Cards of NEET-UG  exam provided by CBSE.
Result/ Rank letter issued by CBSE.
Date of Birth Certificate (if Metric Certificate does not bear the same)
Class 10thCertificate (for date of birth)
Class 10+2 Certificate
Class 10+2 Marks Sheet
Eight (8) Passport size photograph same as affixed on the application form.
Provisional allotment letter generated on-line.
Proof of identity.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR AIIMS COUNSELLING
The prospectus of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) states that those called for counseling have to report with the following documents/ certificates in original:
Admit Card
Call Letter issued by AIIMS, New Delhi
Proof of Date of Birth Certificate/ Mark sheet from the Board from which the candidate passed the 10+2 or equivalent Examination.
Migration certificate from the University/Board last attended
Category certificate (if applicable)
Current passport size photograph (front pose) 6 copies.
One set of self attested copies of all the certificates

This are the primary document asked during the examination some few more may be there besides this so make sure you read all the instructions properly before you go for the examination look the document required should be present and update as it is really very much important.

A certificate of physical fitness by any registered medical practitioner
Other reservation certificates including SC ST and physically handicapped
