Documents required for admission after neet exam

Documents Required for NEET Counselling are:

1. NEET 2019 Admit Card

2. NEET 2019 Rank Letter

3. Date of birth proof

4. Class 10th pass certificate

5. Class 12th pass certificate

6. Class 12th marks sheet

7. Eight passport size photographs(same as uploaded in application form).

8. Provisional allotment letter

9. Proof of identity-Aadhar Card, Voter id card etc.

10. If you are eligible for reserved seats then-

OBC Certificate (Non-Creamy Layer) issued by a competent authority (if applicable)

OPH Certificate issued by an authorized medical board (if applicable)

SC/ST Certificate issued by a competent authority (if applicable).

In order to fill up the application form of NEET you need below mentioned documents:

1: Valid Photo ID proof

2: 10th and 12th Academic Marksheets

3: Valid Email address

4:Valid Mobile Number

5: Scanned copy of passport size photograph and your signature.

6:Debit / Credit card or internet banking for payment

Documents that you need to carry on the day of examination are as follows:

1: Valid Photo ID proof - They ask for Adhar card.

2: NEET admit card - The most improtant.

3: Passport size photographs- 5 The photo should be same as in application form.
