Dear candidate,
No there is nothing like that you have syllabus and NTA will give questions form bthat syllabus only so yo have to prepare well to get good marks in that exam to get good college.

No.cbse does not give bonus for this.

Generally it gives but this year till the time it is official a confirmation cannot be given to you.
