Does CLAT entrance have same syllabus for a 10+2 aspirant for BA LLB or for a graduate aspirant for LLB.
I just completed my bachelor of engineering in computer science, will CLAT offers only LLB to graduates otherthan, BALLB, BBBALLB.. ..?
So as you have done graduation already you should go for 3 year law course which is not provided by CLAT. There are separate top colleges which provide 3 year law courses like Delhi University, IIT Kharagpur, GLC MUmbai, ILS Pune, Panjab University, Symbiosis Pune. There are separate entrances for each. You should go for these.
CLAT is an entrance test for admission to ONLY 5 year integrated law coursesin National Law Universities. CLAT does not provide admission to 3 year LLB courses in which one can take admission after graduation.
So if you wish to pursue law after completion of graduation then you should go for other entrances for 3 year LLB. CLAT is not for you. You can take if you seek admission after 12th class directly.
Here is a list of law entrances for 3 year LLB course
- DU LLB - Delhi University
MH CET- GLC mumbai, ILS Pune and other colleges in Maharashtra
SLAT- Symbiosis Law school
PU LLB- Panjab University, Chandigarh
LSAT- Jindal global Law school, IIT Kharagpur and other private law colleges
