You can assure your admission if your result states 'selected'
And that means that you've cleared the cutoff because usually jnu releases only one list of admission.

Hi dear,
Hope you are doing well!
As you already be knowing JNU offers programmes in the Arts, Science and social Science streams.
Candidates who wish to seek admission to the different programmes must check the JNU eligibility criteria other than NATA merit.
It depends upon course to course.
The basic criteria is as follows:
- Candidates should have completed Senior School Certificate (10+2) or equivalent examination with a minimum of 45 percent marks.
- The candidates who are due to appear in Senior School Certificate (10+2) or equivalent examination are eligible to apply.

Thank you saurav sarkar for your kind information but my question is still not answered.I mean, in previous years, students who got cleared cut off, did they get admission in JNU?(if all other conditions are fulfilled)
