JEE Main paper II is the entrance exam for the admission into NITs for Architecture program.
AAT aptitude test is conducted by IITs for the admission to Architecture program after qualify JEE Advance you can appear for it.
In order to take admission into IITs you need to appear first JEE Main paper I after qualifying it you need to go for JEE Advance.
