Concepts similar questions will be repeated but not the exact question.
It's better you look over all formulas and have good conceptual knowledge of your syllabus to score good.

Needless to say Neet questions usually do not get repeated
Show concepts of solid and your practice is pure don't care about repeating of questions as long as you are familiar and acquainted with the type of questions which are asked in the examination

Hey Kasyap,
NEET questions usually do not get repeated. However, testing of concepts get repeated i.e. they can test the same concept with a different question. Focus on topics that have the most weightage in Physics. To get an idea for which topics have more weightage, please visit this link,

I also advice you to focus on Biology and Chemistry more, especially Biology, since 90 questions come from this subjects. Chemistry should be your second priority and Ultimately Physics. What can help with Physics is solving previous year questions or question Banks.
I hope this was helpful. All the very best for Preparations!
