Does men have beard for during MBBS or medical life

Hi !
There is no official restriction on physical appearance during the medical life of MBBS. It depends on your college and your college seniors , what they instruct you to do because in MBBS there is rigorous ragging , so have to follow the instructions of your seniors. It depends majorly on them.

Keeping a beard is completely your personal choice and liberty. So there is no guidelines and rules regarding keeping or not keeping a beard. However it also depends upon the college guidelines if there is any rules regarding that. Most colleges have no such guidelines regarding keeping a beard or not keeping eye on religious sentiment and emotions. Hope this helps.
