Dear Aspirant,

Yes new courses do have a change in cutoffs as new seats are added in the colleges and thus an increase in the total number of seats is observed.So if you aim getting into CSM college there might be some change i.e. a decrease in cutoff as compared to last year but this will be for the new field and if the overall cutoff if increases as compared to last year there may be relative changes.I hope your query is solved.
