No IITS or NITS offer B.SC course ,they Offer 5 year M.SC course in physics ,chemistry and mathematics .You can check opening and closing rank on this link

- IITs do not offer a degree in Bsc Physics or any Bsc for that matter. What they offer is Integrated Msc (5 years course) in Physics and other basic sciences which are highly prestigious. The admission process is the same as B.Tech that is through JEE advanced entrance exam.

Few NITs like NIT surat provide Integrated 5 years course Bsc+Msc.
