Dear Sandipan,

Yes, NSOU has UGC recognition for PG cources.

On the official website, it's stated " The University is recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) u/s 2(f) vide letter No.F.9-2-97 (CPP-I) dated 26 August, 1998. "
