there is no income limit on reservation provided to candidates belonging to SC/ST. SC/ST are only cased based reservation. OBC is income based reservation category. family having annual income of rupees 8 lakhs are considered as creamy layer family, therefore families eith less than 8 lakhs annual income fall in OBC category.
