Does the students who get less then 60% in BE can get PSU after qualifing GATE exam ?

You need a minimum 60% to get into a PSU. Moreover, some of the PSUs even ask for minimum 65% (CEL, IOCL) as their eligibility criteria. Percentage in Bachelor's degree is not given much importance, but still getting 60% is the minimum eligibility criteria.
