Due to my mistake my father's surname had printed wrong on my 10th class mark sheet so how can I solve the problem now

As such there is no major problem in that. Only thing is that, you will continue with that wrong spelling in further certificates including your Adhar card, Driving License etc.. For getting it changed you may contact your school superviser who conducts the exams and registers the students for Board Exam. He will have to write an application to the Board of Council, asking for a duplicate marksheet, with correct name. There will be little involvement from your side. All the tasks will have to be done by the supervisor and the Council. In case you belong to ICSE, you can check this with there official website. In some cases they may also want you to give an identity proof.
