during registering jee adv 2020 ,it says I write 12 in 2018 or before but I first pass the 12 2019 and get improvement exam in 2020 and also clear all eligibility criteria.now where should i complain for?

According to your question, i would say that it is clearly given in the information brochure that if a candidate has given exam in 2018 and his result is declared in June only then he would be eligible to give jee advanced otherwise he is not.
