DY patil college of Engineering, Pune -   On and average around 80 % students get placed . Highest package offered till now is 13 lakh in computer science engineering. Average salary offered is 4-5 lakh.

Sinhgad College of Engineering, Pune - Quality of placements is good and approximately 50 % of students get placed every year throughout the campus placements. The highest salary package offered is 10.5 LPA and average salary offered is 4.5 LPA for IT student.

So comparing the placement statistics:

1) D.Y. Patil College

Average package stands at 4.5 LPA

Highest package is 16.5 LPA bagged by CSE and IT.

Production and Mechanical have got highest package of 10 LPA.

More than 90% students placed in CSE, IT and Instrumentation. Civil Engineering has poorest performance with just 42% placement.

2) Sinhgad College of Engineering

No official data was provided, so conclusion can be drawn only from peer reviews online.

Max salary is 18 LPA and the average stands at 3-4 LPA.

Campus placement seems satisfactory, it is recommended to learn coding and such computer languages for better placement opportunity.
