You haven't mentioned if you are enquiring about TS EAMCET or AP EAPCET. This year there is no weightage given for IPE marks for TS EAMCET ranking. The rank solely depends on the marks scored in TS EAMCET. But for AP EAPCET 75% weightage is given for marks scored in AP EAPCET and 25% marks scored in IPE.

It is quite difficult to predict the rank be it for TS EAMCET or AP EAPCET because the rank is determined by various factors such as total number of candidates appeared, highest score in the exam, tie breaker etc. Each year there will be a slight change in marks vs rank trend because of the factors mentioned above.
