Yes, students passing from any state can apply for KCET exam.The eligibility criteria to appear in the exam is, the candidate should clear/pass the Class 12th or equivalent with Maths and Physics as a compulsory subject.
Although, you will not be eligible to take admission under State Domicile quota provided by KCET. You can check complete eligibility criteria on the given link below:
