there is no such category in neet.you have to appear for neet examination.and there is category like general (forward category) in which you are suppose to get a percentile of 98%.then you can easily get into get into any colleges

There's no specific criteria for general category.

The eligibility criteria for NEET are -

* Qualifying Exam

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. Candidates who are appearing for the class 12 or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply for NEET 2020.

* Minimum Age Requirement

Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2020.

* Qualifying Marks

The marks are separate for each category and can be listed as under. The marks to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%

* Nationality

Candidates who are Indian Nationals, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs & Foreign Nationals are eligible to apply.

There is no specific eligibility criteria for general specially. You must have 10+2 in physics, chemistry and biology with English. And you must have minimum 50% in 12th . Minimum age to appear for the examination is 17 years and there is no upper limit to apply for the examination.
