Hello Madhu,
The eligibility criteria for chemical engineering in m.tech are as follows-

The basic criteria of pursuing M.tech ( chemical engineering) degree is qualifying B.E/ B.tech in chemical engineering or equivalent examination.
Some of the reputed universities and colleges conduct their own entrance examination in m.tech degree course. Generally most of them take through GATE Score merit list
