    Hi, First of all, candidates have to be 21 years of age as on 1 August 2018. Secondly, candidates need to have passed or appeared class 12 examination from CBSE or a recognised board. For B.Tech CET you must have had Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 55% in these subjects. For B.Tech (Biotechnology), the subjects required are Physics, Chemistry and Biology (or) Biotechnology with minimum aggregate of 55% in these subjects. Note: Candidates must have qualified in all the above mentioned subjects individually. Again, Candidates must also have had English (core/ elective/ functional) as a subject of study in the qualifying examination and passed in it. Hope this answer helps! All the best!

    Below is the eligibility criteria of the exam for B.tech course

    - You should have scored a minimum aggregate of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology/Biotechnology, provided the candidate has passed in each subject individually.

    - You should have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) examination. The candidates who will be appearing for 12th standard or equivalent exam in 2018 will also be eligible for admissions through IPU CET 2018 .

    -It is also necessary for the candidates to have passed in English
