if you have given JEE main , it might be quite tough for you to get NIT or IITs through JOSAA . But you can get various state level self financed institutes which can offer you B.Tech degree !

according to your given rank range ,you may not be able for govt colleges in west bengal , but don't worry . Many well known private institute can offer you B.Tech with your interested stream !
