Hello,
It will differ as it depends in which university you will apply. each university has its own entrance exam to intake candidates and it varies in all the factors which you mentioned in your question.
percentage considered might be different and syllabus might be different too even it have some similarity.
So please mention for which university you are trying to join and we can try to provide you precise information for it.
If you go for private institutes then they will take you based on your qualification until your graduation and might be a small screening test even.
