You must clear all the subjects in your diploma. There should not be any backlogs for the entry of the b.tech colleges. As the exams of every technical course where pending to be decided whether to conduct or not. The decision will be given by state government soon. If they promote all students then you are eligible Or if they conduct exams you have to write exams make clear them.
If you have cleared all the subjects then only you are eligible for the b.tech college admissions.
