Even if I am eligible for neet counselling or admission whose transfer and migration certificate should I provide as bsc college has submitted my transfer and migration certificate and my exam code applied is 2 as i do not have all bsc subjects as of now i am appearing only for the supply one

You don't need to worry at all dear,
if you are in BSC and have applied for neet examination then after qualifying neet examination, during the time of taking admission in a medical college you will have to submit your TC and migration certificate e from the college from which you are pursuing BSc currently and not from the school from where you pursued your 10 + 2.

if you have all of physics ,chemistry and Biology in your bsc then you should have chosed code 05 otherwise code 02 is fine
